Baileys Barn, Cheadle Road, Wetley Rocks, Stoke-On-Trent, ST90AZ
We are a small holding located in the beautiful countryside of Staffordshire Moorlands, 6 miles from Leek and 6 miles from Hanley in Stoke-On-Trent.
We are a small family business who work on the small holding, keeping rare breed animals for conservation purposes.
This farm owner has an agreement with Natural England under its High Level Stewardship scheme, which means the land is managed in a way which has significant environmental benefits. We can host group visits of 6+ people to tour the farm, chat with the owner and meet the rare breed animals. If you come at the right time of year you will also see the ground nesting birds (Lapwings) which return each year to have their young ones. There is a good chance you will also see other wild life. We also have honey bees on site to help the pollination of the 100 fruit trees planted in the orchard. These visits are hosted free of charge and suit any age group. See group visit page or contact us for more details.
¢ï¿½ï¿½We also grow a small amount of fruit and veg (without the use of chemicals). The owner is a qualified natural Juice therapist who is passionate about local grown produce and the benefits juicing has to offer.
Camp Site: Come and join us in the beautiful Staffordshire Moorlands where you can either stay on the Caravan and Camping club site (members only).
